Plug in a drive. AI agents find a business, build it, run it — and pay you 70% of what it earns. You never type a prompt.
Free. No card, no commitment — you would be #1 of the founding 100,000, and the number is permanent. First 100,000 pay $2,000 only when the drive ships.

Beta testing planned for 2028, launch for 2030 — the list goes first, in order.
One domain, four ways in
What happens when humanity is no longer limited by work?
Why four, and not one
The four destinations were not planned as a product line. They are what one line of thinking looks like when it is followed all the way out.
IN THE FOUNDER’S WORDS
To understand my work, and the message I am trying to convey to humanity, you have to understand first that a mind can work in more than one dimension.
The reading, the books, the thesis, the system — taken one at a time they look random. They are not. There are forces linking them to each other, and the company is what happens when those links are followed to the end instead of left as interests.
// one mind, four rooms · the same argument, told four ways
Raghav Bhatia — founder, architect, author. The device, the book, the shore and the marketplace are the same idea, entered from four sides.
The whole point

YOUR ACTUAL DAY, ALL 24 HOURS OF IT
~90,000 hours. Our arithmetic, not a citation: 1,900 hours a year across 45 years. The OECD measures average annual hours per worker — the spread across countries is wide, from roughly 1,300 to well over 2,000, so treat 1,900 as a middle assumption, not a fact. — OECD, hours worked
83%. Also ours: 20 of the 24 hours in the bar above. The split of that day — 8 sleep, 8 work, 2 commute, 2 chores — is a typical shape, not a measured average.
65. The normal pension age sits between 65 and 67 across most OECD countries and is rising in several of them. — OECD, Pensions at a Glance
Every tool built to make you faster was answered by someone asking for more. This is the first one built to take the work off you entirely.
The product

One activation. Nothing to set up, learn, or manage.
Agents research for hours, pick the opportunity, build the business, deploy it and operate it — while you sleep.
You keep 70% of everything it earns.
Target: ~$1,000 a month, per owner — a target under test, never sold until it is proven. (Of the rest, 20% is ours and 10% goes to a shared pool.)

What it actually does
It does not send you options or wait for a yes. Inside your money rules it decides, then tells you what it did.

None of the day below has happened. It is what the system is built to do, written out hour by hour so the design can be judged before it is believed. No real customer has been served, no money has moved, and $0 has been earned to date. When it is real, this becomes a live log and says so.
And it keeps going

Parallel businesses. Each with its own budget and kill switch.
Never fails the same way twice.
Too big for your envelope? It assembles a raise.
No ego, no sunk cost. Moves the budget.
YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, email — made and posted.
Holds the price. Signs. Chases the invoice.
Your own project, in the background, free.
Every call logged with its evidence.
Not a tool you operate. An operator who works for you.
Proof it exists
No human step between any two of them. Running today, in private testing.

The nine stages Private test
Already done — by agents, unprompted Live
The payment rails are built and tested, held behind a dormant flag until reliability clears. This raise exists to switch it on and publish what happens — wins and misses alike.
The part nobody puts on the site
An operator that spends money without asking is a liability before it is a product. Here is every way we expect it to fail, and what is built against each one — marked, as everywhere else on this page, with how far along that control actually is.
It makes a bad call and burns your money.
A cap before it starts. No charter opens without a spend ceiling written into it
— $300 in the day above. IRON is a separate agent whose entire job is to refuse, and it holds a
vote on the board. A single director cannot spend.
Private test
A business bleeds quietly for months.
Kill thresholds are set at birth. The second business shutting itself down at 18:40
in the day above is the system working, not the system failing. Nothing gets to lose money slowly
because nobody was watching.
Private test
An agent gets talked into something by whatever it reads.
Deciding and doing are separate agents. FORGE executes but cannot authorise;
the board has to have voted first. Anything found on the open web arrives as evidence to be argued
over, never as an instruction to act on.
Private test
Payments go wrong.
They are switched off. The rails are built and tested and sitting behind a dormant
flag. That is precisely why $0 has been earned. This raise exists to turn them on under supervision
and publish what happens.
Live — as in, live off
It does something you would never have agreed to.
You set the rules before you plug in — budget, sectors, appetite for risk.
Outside them it stops and asks. Inside them it never does. Which of those two lists a thing falls on
is your decision, made once, in advance.
Target
You simply want it to stop.
Unplug the drive. One owner, one device, one physical off switch that does not
need our permission or our servers to work. Nothing continues running somewhere you cannot reach.
Target
Autonomous is not the same word as unsupervised. The whole design is an argument about where the human decision belongs — before the work, not during it.
The founding 100,000
Free, from any country on earth. No card, no deposit, nothing charged now or later unless you choose to buy. Your place buys you two things — everything we learn on the way, starting the week you join, and the price, locked at the round you joined in.
What shipped, what broke, what it cost — written the week it happened. The failures go in too. They are the interesting half.
Every business the agents charter in testing: the thesis they wrote, the numbers it did, and the reasoning when we kill it.
The first drives go to this list, in queue order, before a single one is sold. Say yes and you are running the machine two years before launch.
Every gate, every result, every version reaches the list before it reaches the internet. No embargo, no press release, no launch theatre.
Permanent. It never moves, not even when people ahead of you leave. Public enough to post, private enough that it says nothing about you.
WHAT WE ASK BACK
Nothing, unless you offer it. But the list is where we test our thinking before it becomes a decision — which market to point at, which failure to chase first, what the drive should do on day one. Reply to any update and a human reads it. The early numbers get asked the hardest questions.
OPEN EVERYWHERE
Any country, any language, any income. Joining is free everywhere and always will be. The only thing that will differ by country is how and when a device can physically ship, and we will say so plainly the moment we know — rather than take a deposit and find out later.
// 2028 and 2030 are the plan, not a promise. when a date moves it moves here, on this page, in public.
And yes — the price
TODAY
Join the list. Get the build log, the experiments and the beta invitation. Nothing is charged, now or later, unless you choose to buy.
WHEN THE DEVICE IS READY
For the first 100,000 owners. One payment. No subscription, ever.
AFTER THAT
$3,000, then $5,000, then $10,000. Each round is capped. The price has never been designed to come back down.
WHY IT IS FREE
We have not earned the right to charge you yet. Nothing is sold until the machine has made money on its own. It is a queue, in the order people joined — and until then the only thing it costs us to give you is the truth about how it is going.
// nothing charged today · updates from this week · beta 2028 · leave whenever
For investors
No target segment: anyone who trades hours for money is a buyer. So we size it at one percent and show the arithmetic.

The arithmetic at one percent Target
// illustrative arithmetic at 1% adoption, not a forecast. every input is on this page.
3.5 billion. The ILO puts global employment at roughly 3.4 billion and the global labour force at roughly 3.6 billion. We round to 3.5 and say so rather than picking the larger one. — ILOSTAT, statistics on employment
Every line under it is ours, not anybody's research: one percent is a choice, $10,000 is our price, $1,000 a month is an assumption, 20% is our share. Change any of them and the total moves.
We are not pricing everyone. The first market is far narrower than the arithmetic, and it is the only one that matters yet.
The licence is the beachhead. The share is the business — it only pays us when it pays them.
Licence price by round — capped, then stepped, permanently Target

WHERE IT GOES
WHAT IT BUYS
// nothing is sold to a customer until that first gate clears
Raghav Bhatia — founder, architect, author. Built the whole system alone before raising a rupee. Ten-year commitment.
Open role — one seat
Not a first employee with a generous title. The second name on the company. One seat, filled once, and then never advertised again.
WHO IT IS
HOW TO APPLY
No CV, no cover letter. One email with two things in it: the thing you built that nobody asked you to build, and a paragraph on where you think AI goes next that you would defend in an argument. If it reads right we talk — and then you come to Bali for a week before either of us decides anything.
